Joseph Berger

RN, BSN

Joe grew up on the South Shore and is a life-long Massachusetts resident. He received his undergraduate nursing degree from Curry College. After graduation from nursing school, Joe was the Charge Nurse at Arbour-Fuller Hospital in an adolescent psychiatric unit. He brings his unique experience with working with adolescents and families to his work here.

Along with his nursing experience, Joe has a background in computer systems management, and serves as our “super user” to Partners Healthcare for our electronic medical records system.

His key functions in our office are to:

• triage calls to determine the need for an office visit and/or to provide information about home management of common illnesses
• process referrals for specialists
• provide support as the nurse liaison to the MA Dept of Public Health’s Childhood Immunization Program

Joe brings his enthusiasm and sensibility to his work with families and is a valued member of our team.
